Pastor Saafir Jenkins, Sr.
Pastor Saafir and the Ruach Outreach family work diligently to enhance the lives of individuals and families within surrounding communities while fostering deepened relationships with the Heavenly Father.
To accomplish this, Saafir established The FLOOR®, a Community Bible Discourse Ministry where specified Bible teachings are explored at length to best identify techniques for personal application. Over time, Elohim (YHWH) revealed to Pastor Saafir and Lady Anfal that many of mankind’s needs were often left unaddressed during standard worship experiences. To respond to the needs of mankind’s total being, God gave Saafir the vision to establish Ruach Outreach Ministries® – where the purpose is to Engage and Empower All People in order to minister to their total being that they may prosper in all their ways – Spiritually, Mentally, Physically, and Socioeconomically.
Saafir delivered his initial public sermon at Fresh Oil Fellowship Ministries, East Orange, NJ and was licensed to preach the Gospel as a Minister on June 30, 2006. He was then ordained as Reverend/Elder on October 11, 2009 and continued his 7 years of service on the pastoral staff. Thereafter, he served as an Associate Pastor at Ready to Be Free Ministries of Plainfield, NJ. During which time, he helped overhaul the scope of Biblical teaching by establishing and maintaining regular weekly Bible study services and launching a new site for The FLOOR® which led to a marked increase in regular attendance and membership.
Saafir has been recognized for his strength of character and ability to preach the Gospel in a notably effective manner for the edification and inspiration of listeners of all levels of experience and education. Currently a student at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, Saafir is in pursuit of a Master of Arts degree in Religion with a cognate in Pastoral Ministries. Through his ministry and lifestyle, Saafir hopes to inspire people to honor The Father through Holy Living, Individual Stewardship and Social Responsibility!
